TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS 

  • A booking is confirmed only after the receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of booking.
  • Full payment must be made by the due date specified. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.

2. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  • Cancellations must be made by contacting the support team. Cancellation fees may apply as follows:
    • More than 30 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee.
    • 15–30 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
    • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and applicable taxes.
  • Airfare / Train Tickets are non-refundable once issued (as per airline / railway rules).
  • All hotel booking terms, including cancellation policies, are set by the hotelier and may vary depending on the property and booking conditions.
  • Visa / Insurance fees are non-refundable.

3. CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

  • Changes made by the customer after confirmation may incur additional fees.
  • We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary. In rare cases of major changes, you will be notified and options will be offered.

4. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND INSURANCE

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for certain packages.

5. LIABILITY

  • We act as an agent for third-party providers. We are not liable for acts, omissions, or defaults of these providers.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or expense caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • You must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements before booking.
  • We are not responsible for any costs resulting from uncommunicated medical needs.

7. COMPLAINTS

  • Any complaints must be reported as soon as possible during the trip. If not resolved, please submit in writing within 14 days of returning.

8. GOVERNING LAW

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
